Job Description

PNC is hiring a Marketing Lead to shape and advance marketing strategy and innovation for high net worth and ultra-high net worth client segments. The role owns integrated, multi-channel plans and coordinates cross-functional execution to support business goals across the product life cycle.

Location and Employment Details

  • Base Salary: USD 91,000 - 185,900 per year

Overview of the Role

PNC’s Marketing organization is focused on redefining what great marketing looks like and operating as a growth engine for the business. This position supports the development and execution of strategic marketing programs and helps translate business outcomes into measurable marketing initiatives for high net worth and ultra-high net worth segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and leads execution of integrated, multi-channel strategic marketing plans for one or more products, initiatives, or channels, including acquiring, growing, and retaining customers to support product life cycle and line of business objectives.
  • Contributes to business and marketing objective development and prioritization; develops value propositions and target segments using competitive intelligence and insights to support growth strategies.
  • Supports thought leadership and builds consensus among partners; adapts and optimizes plans for changing business environments.
  • Translates business outcomes into marketing strategy and executes marketing programs that may include advertising, sales content, and internal communications.
  • Coordinates and influences complex, multi-functional program teams; synthesizes and leverages collected data to provide appropriate business intelligence.
  • Influences budget decisions and ensures operating activities are optimized and delivered within the established budget framework.
  • Leads program coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk, and other key partners; partners with agencies, third parties, and internal business stakeholders to develop and execute initiatives.
  • Serves as a point of contact with product and digital teams to coordinate strategy and development, making decisions to help meet business program/initiative requirements and customer expectations.

Requirements

  • University/college degree required at this level, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • Specific certifications are often required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Compensation and Pay Transparency

  • Base Salary: $91,000.00 - $185,900.00
  • Salaries may vary by geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education.
  • This role is incentive eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
