Job Description

Assistance Plus is hiring a full-time Marketing Executive in Benton, ME to lead the development and rollout of the organization’s marketing and community engagement strategy. The role coordinates marketing initiatives across multiple channels and helps ensure messaging, timelines, and campaign execution align with annual marketing goals.

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will develop and implement the company’s overall marketing and community engagement strategy. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing strategies, policies, campaigns, and marketing events, with an emphasis on consistent standards of practice across digital, video, social media, printed materials, apparel, and in-person community outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company’s overall marketing and community engagement strategy.
  • Coordinate and develop marketing strategies, policies, standards of practice, campaigns, and marketing events.
  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing efforts through digital, video, social media, printed matter, apparel, and in-person community events and tablings.
  • Provide guidance related to marketing goals, strategies, messaging, and timelines throughout the year.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field (required).
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid State of Maine driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage of $50K/$100K.
  • Experienced use of Microsoft 365, Google Docs, Canva, and/or Adobe Cloud tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Location

Location: Benton, ME (onsite)
Pay: USD 26 to 29 per hour
