Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator
Job Description
In Dallas, TX, Kenze Panne is seeking a Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to strengthen the brand’s presence both online and in the showroom. This onsite role blends digital campaigns with in-person promotions, coordinating email outreach, Instagram activity, banners, and event marketing while ensuring the website stays current and customer service remains responsive. The position offers USD 30,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Drive brand marketing through targeted email campaigns
- Manage Instagram marketing and content creation
- Update and refresh website banners
- Adjust category sliders to showcase products effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone
- Promote the website and Instagram during in-person markets
- Send weekly email blasts
- Publish a minimum of two Instagram posts each day
- Handle DMC Elevator ads
- Manage DMC website ads
- Maintain a showroom guide
- Manage DMC website and mobile ads
- Keep the website updated with fresh content
- Develop creative sales campaigns
- Post seven Instagram updates per week and respond to followers
- Promote Market events, including the first Monday and Tuesday, New Arrivals, Events, and back-in-stock items
Requirements
