Job Description
Culture Construction is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the company's marketing strategy and execution from its Elmhurst, IL onsite location. This leadership role blends traditional and digital marketing, content creation, AI tools, automation, and sales alignment to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced construction and restoration environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute company-wide marketing strategies.
- Manage lead generation campaigns for roofing, siding, gutters, storm restoration, commercial work, and design-build projects.
- Oversee digital marketing, including website content, SEO, Google Business Profile, email campaigns, paid ads, and social media.
- Build and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve speed, content quality, campaign execution, reporting, and marketing systems.
- Create marketing materials for sales reps, canvassing teams, trade shows, homeowner presentations, recruiting, and community events.
- Work directly with leadership and sales teams to align marketing with company revenue goals.
- Track campaign performance, lead sources, conversion rates, ROI, and market opportunities.
- Manage brand consistency across all ads, posts, documents, videos, graphics, proposals, and customer-facing materials.
- Coordinate project photos, videos, drone footage, testimonials, reviews, and completed-job content.
- Help manage online reputation, customer reviews, referral campaigns, and brand credibility.
- Support storm-response campaigns after hail, wind, and severe weather events.
- Identify market opportunities and create campaigns around active territories.
- Build repeatable systems that turn marketing activity into booked inspections, signed contracts, and completed projects.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing leadership, brand management, digital marketing, or lead generation.
- Strong understanding of social media, paid advertising, SEO, Google Business Profile, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Ability to create, manage, or coordinate graphics, videos, ads, campaigns, and sales collateral.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with leadership, sales teams, and field teams.
- Ability to track results and report on campaign performance.
- Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, CRM systems, Canva, Adobe, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, or similar tools is strongly preferred.
- Construction, roofing, storm restoration, home services, real estate, or local service business experience is a major plus.

Compensation
