Job Description

Mission Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a Marketing Director to guide its outreach from the Oxford, Florida campus. The role centers on crafting and executing marketing strategies that raise census and strengthen the facility’s standing in the senior care community. This onsite leadership position collaborates with the Executive Director and corporate teams to translate market insights into measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to identify prospective residents and stay current with competitive activity.
  • Generate and implement ideas to grow market share, increase census, and enhance the company’s name and reputation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the community to secure client referrals from sources such as SNFs and hospitals.
  • Perform onsite visits and deliver presentations as appropriate.
  • Maintain strong follow-up practices to convert interest into enrollments.
  • Establish and track performance metrics to assess the marketing program’s effectiveness.
  • Report performance results to the Executive Director and, when requested, Corporate executives.

Requirements

  • Marketing experience: 1 year required.
  • Assisted living experience: 1 year required.

Pay

From $70,000 to $80,000 per year plus commission

Schedule

  • 8 hour shift
  • On call
  • Weekends as needed
