Responsibilities

  • Administer the CRM system to maintain data integrity, manage the sales pipeline, and generate reports.
  • Design and implement CRM workflows to boost sales efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Train and support teammates on CRM best practices and new features.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for marketing and sales.
  • Maintain contractor and distributor databases.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor integrated campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Manage marketing automation tools and segmentation for targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop content calendars and brand messaging.
  • Lead social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Monitor analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Oversee inventory and distribution of promotional items and branded merchandise.
  • Coordinate marketing support for trade shows, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with sales, operations, and leadership to align marketing and CRM with business objectives.
  • Note: QPM may change duties, responsibilities, skill requirements, reporting structure, or other details to meet the needs of the company.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing and CRM management.
  • Location: On-site at the McKinney, TX office.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to team goals.
  • Carrying or Lifting: Ability to move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds for various needs.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Technologies: Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.

Working Conditions

  • This position is based out of the McKinney, Texas office.
  • Some travel may be required (<5%).
  • Exposure to dust, fumes, airborne particles, and/or chemicals when in the field, in the lab, or in the production facility.
  • Exposure to general risk and hazards on a construction jobsite.
  • Normal workday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the possibility of longer hours when required.
