Job Description

A highly organized Marketing Coordinator will own day-to-day marketing operations, coordinate external partners, and drive brand consistency and data-driven growth for a luxury weddings and private events resort.

Responsibilities

  • Vendor and agency coordination: serve as the primary contact for our social media agency, paid media specialists (Google and Meta Ads), SEO agency, website developer, and creative contractors; hold partners accountable and ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
  • Brand and content management: safeguard brand standards and maintain messaging consistency across all channels; organize monthly filming days, curate wedding content, and oversee the monthly social media calendar.
  • Website, SEO and email: coordinate website updates, add testimonials, collaborate with the SEO partner to publish four blogs per month, and manage monthly newsletters and campaign emails.
  • Partnerships and outreach: oversee planner visits, vendor collaborations, editorial opportunities, and influencer stays.
  • Data and analytics: maintain a monthly dashboard tracking website traffic, qualified inquiries, conversion rates, and ad performance; provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven coordination experience: background in operations, project management, or marketing coordination with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and keep projects advancing.
  • Vendor and agency management: experience as the main point of contact for external partners and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
  • Brand custodian mindset: keen attention to detail with the ability to protect brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across websites, social media, and paid channels.
  • Data and KPI savvy: comfortable tracking digital performance metrics (website traffic, qualified inquiries, conversion rates) and maintaining a clean monthly dashboard.
  • Exceptional organizational skills: structured approach with a weekly rhythm that includes content days, agency syncs, and outreach.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing ecosystems: understanding how SEO, paid ads (Google/Meta), social calendars, and email newsletters work together to drive growth.
  • Must have own transportation to the company property.
