Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator role at GracoRoberts in Arlington, TX, offers hybrid work arrangements and focuses on sales support, event marketing, and digital campaigns to drive lead generation and brand growth across sales, events, and online channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales tools such as sell sheets, email templates, andPowerPoint capability presentations to support lead generation, sales efforts, and corporate branding
- Coordinate event marketing for tradeshow booths and other events, handling logistics throughout the year; travel to events and to supplier partners as needed to learn the business, product lines, and provide on-site activity support
- Distribute tradeshow leads to sales personnel by territory and collaborate with the team to capture and report on lead conversion
- Monitor inventory and replenish premiums and giveaways for special events and customer gifts
- Create and manage organic and paid social, video, and email campaigns to drive engagement and support brand growth
- Produce high-impact content including videos, graphics, and targeted email workflows to support lead generation and nurturing
- Measure performance with HubSpot and other analytics tools, optimizing to improve engagement, conversions, and data quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Two to three years of general marketing experience
- Proficiency with HubSpot is required
- Experience using design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cappcut or similar
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content for different platforms
- Experience with event, marketing, and trade show planning is highly preferred
