Marketing Communications Associate

United Motorsports of Lexington is seeking a Marketing Communications Associate to strengthen and manage the company’s brand presence across both digital and traditional touchpoints. Based in Lexington, KY (onsite), this role supports multi-channel messaging through campaign creation, content development, and ongoing performance tracking.

In this position, you will help produce promotional materials and ensure communications stay aligned with company guidelines and values. You will also support customer and media interactions, while using results and key metrics to provide insights to leadership.

What you’ll do

• Write, edit, and coordinate copy for websites, emails, press releases, and social media.
• Plan and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.
• Maintain consistency across public-facing messaging so materials reflect company guidelines and values.
• Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and report data insights to leadership.
• Respond to customer queries, coordinate events, and build relationships with media and industry experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1 to 4 years of proven work experience in marketing, PR, or corporate communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and basic data analysis.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms.
• Experience creating photo and video content.

Compensation and benefits
