Responsibilities

• Website and assets management: perform routine site updates, maintain distributor locators, and manage the digital library of product and marketing assets
• Marketing materials: oversee inventory and coordinate with vendors for materials and logistics
• Campaigns and promotions: manage email lists and campaigns, coordinate monthly raffles, monitor engagement, and report results
• General support: provide administrative and project support for marketing initiatives, maintain records, field inquiries by email and phone, and assist with additional marketing tasks

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
• At least 1 year of marketing experience
• Fluency in English and Chinese required
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with social and digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics
• Experience with MS Office (Excel and Word) and Canva or similar graphic design tools
