Responsibilities

Website and assets management: perform routine site updates, maintain distributor locators, and manage the digital library of product and marketing assets
Marketing materials: oversee inventory and coordinate with vendors for materials and logistics
Campaigns and promotions: manage email lists and campaigns, coordinate monthly raffles, monitor engagement, and report results
General support: provide administrative and project support for marketing initiatives, maintain records, field inquiries by email and phone, and assist with additional marketing tasks

Requirements

Associate’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
At least 1 year of marketing experience
Fluency in English and Chinese required
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with social and digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics
Experience with MS Office (Excel and Word) and Canva or similar graphic design tools
