Job Description

Valor Fleet Services is seeking a Marketing and Social Media Specialist to strengthen the company’s brand presence across major digital platforms. The role focuses on content development, campaign execution, performance analysis, and strategy refinement to better connect with target audiences.

Role Location and Schedule

Leesburg, VA (onsite)

Compensation

USD 75,000 - 85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create visual and marketing assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other media editing tools to support ongoing campaigns.
  • Monitor social media analytics and marketing online analytics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
  • Conduct social listening to capture customer sentiment, track industry trends, and observe competitor activity.
  • Coordinate media performance analytics using tools such as Google Analytics and media editing software to track website traffic and campaign ROI.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other social media platforms to reach targeted audiences.
  • Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and content creation aligned with company goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with social media management tools, including Hootsuite and Buffer, for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, including keyword research, web analytics, and digital marketing performance monitoring.
  • Experience with graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop and Illustrator) to produce engaging visuals.
  • Experience with video editing for promotional videos or social media content.
  • Strong content writing skills tailored to different digital platforms.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and marketing data to guide strategy adjustments.
  • Strong relationship management skills for working with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
