Marketing and Sales Representative

Zacapulco is hiring a part-time Marketing and Sales Representative in Santa Maria, CA (hybrid) to help grow a client base through sales-focused outreach and promotion of marketing services. You will get training and guidance to build confidence and skills while working with businesses that may benefit from SEO, social media management, and other digital marketing solutions. The role is commission-based, with flexible morning-to-afternoon scheduling and some in-person work in the Arroyo Grande, CA area.

This is a chance to develop practical sales and business development experience, strengthen communication skills, and gain exposure to how digital marketing services are positioned for real business outcomes. Technical implementation and service delivery are not the primary responsibilities for this position.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and connect with businesses that may benefit from Zacapulco’s marketing services.
• Reach out to potential clients, introduce services, and generate interest in working with the company.
• Present and explain SEO, social media management, and other marketing solutions.
• Research potential customers and help develop opportunities for new business.
• Build professional relationships, follow up with prospects, and maintain communication through the sales process.
• Support customer growth and contribute to company growth through sales activities.
• Schedule conversations, maintain prospect information, and follow up with interested businesses.
• Learn the basics of digital marketing services so you can confidently communicate their value.

Schedule, Work Arrangement, and Location

• Work includes work from home as part of the arrangement.

Compensation and Benefits

• Commission-based compensation; structure and payment terms are discussed during the interview.

• Pay: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per week.
