Job Description

This onsite role in Allentown, PA supports the Business Development team by shaping proposals, marketing materials, and lead nurture to advance Design-Build, CM, and General Contracting opportunities. Responsibilities
- Support the full proposal and RFP/RFQ process from start to finish, including content development, graphics, formatting, and coordination with estimating and preconstruction teams for healthcare, education, manufacturing, and municipal opportunities.
- Create and maintain professional marketing collateral, case studies, presentations, project profiles, and bid packages that showcase Bracy Construction’s strengths in Design-Build and CM delivery.
- Manage CRM system (data entry, lead tracking, follow-up reminders, and pipeline reporting) to keep the Business Development Manager and leadership fully informed.
- Execute digital and traditional marketing activities, including LinkedIn updates, email campaigns, website content support, and event coordination.
- Research and track project pipelines (public RFPs, capital improvement plans, and private opportunities) in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding regions.
- Collaborate daily with the Lead Preconstruction Manager and Operations personnel to gather accurate project information, photos, and details for proposals and marketing materials.
- Coordinate logistics for industry events, trade shows, client meetings, and networking functions.
- Monitor and report on marketing metrics and proposal win rates to support data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in marketing, sales support, proposals, or business development coordination (A/E/C or construction industry experience strongly preferred).
- Strong writing, graphic design, and presentation skills (proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Canva, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and project-management abilities with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to occasionally support local client or event needs.
