Marketing and Graphic Design Strategist

Stonehill Communities in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Marketing and Graphic Design Strategist to plan and execute creative marketing that advances the organization’s brand, mission, and values.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that strengthen the Stonehill Communities brand
• Increase awareness of services and programs
• Communicate the organization’s mission and values through marketing and content
• Lead creation of engaging content across digital, print, social media, and promotional channels
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all Stonehill Communities locations and services
• Bring together marketing strategy, graphic design, content creation, and social media management to share Stonehill’s story and spotlight people, services, programs, and experiences
• Collaborate with leadership, departments, and community partners to identify opportunities, develop campaigns, design compelling visuals, and promote Stonehill Communities to current and prospective residents, families, employees, and community members
• Maintain a consistent, positive brand presence
• Develop innovative audience engagement approaches that support overall goals in alignment with Stonehill Communities’ Franciscan values and mission

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Business (or related field)
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences
• Supportive team mindset with a track record of teamwork and collaboration
• Self-directed work style with attention to detail and strong organization; able to manage responsibilities with little supervision
• Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office, with demonstrated ability to use computer programs for training and communications
• Adhere to all Stonehill Communities policies and procedures
