Job Description

Marketing Administrator on-site in Freeport, IL supports marketing and sales by handling inquiries, scheduling estimates, and coordinating across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to all inbound inquiries from customers via phone, text, email, or web channels in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Schedule estimates and consultations based on location, representative availability, and company goals.
  • Create and maintain daily schedules for sales representatives to optimize routing and minimize downtime.
  • Provide timely, accurate responses to general customer questions and concerns.
  • Route incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member according to customer needs.
  • Assist sales reps with scheduling conflicts or appointment discrepancies to keep calendars aligned.
  • Keep customer records, appointment notes, and follow-up statuses current in the CRM and related systems.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between customers, marketing, and the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide additional administrative and clerical support to the marketing and sales departments as needed.
  • Assist with last-minute changes and other administrative tasks to maintain accurate documentation and updates.

Compensation

  • Estimated total compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 per year.
  • Base pay: $20 per hour.
  • Additional earnings: Commission on total sales.

Schedule

  • Workday options include one of the following: Saturday and Sunday plus three weekdays; Tuesday–Saturday; or Sunday–Thursday.
  • Hours: Weekdays 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM; Sunday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Training

  • Training runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for approximately two weeks.
