Job Description
Starbucks is seeking a Manager of Marketing and Integrated Communications to lead multi-channel seasonal and brand campaigns across the U.S. stores. This on-site, Seattle-based role emphasizes strategic go-to-market planning, cross-functional collaboration, and clear internal and external communications. The position offers a salary range of USD 112,900 to 169,500 per year and a comprehensive benefits program designed to support health, finances, education, and work-life balance.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel seasonal campaigns grounded in business data and consumer insights, leveraging inputs from Finance, Menu, Analytics, Social Listening, Media, and PR to shape strategy
- Support development and execution of market tests for new products to gauge consumer resonance and inform national launch plans
- Create and manage marketing research plans with Consumer Insights to inform briefs and go-to-market strategies
- Draft campaign briefs that guide channel communication, prioritization, and creative execution; advise on creative development with internal and external partners to ensure on brief output
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans and inspire innovative solutions to business challenges
- Lead the creation of written communications including leadership presentations, campaign recaps, and business cases for new programs
- Monitor business performance and trends, partnering with Finance and Menu Insights to tailor campaigns toward financial goals
- Bring fresh, big-idea thinking to drive traffic, deepen brand affinity, and increase engagement in new ways

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of US military experience
