On-site in Overland Park, KS, this role concentrates on off-site growth, digital ecosystem optimization, and community engagement to boost brand awareness and revenue across the restaurant portfolio. It serves as the link between our restaurants and the local Kansas City community, leveraging digital tools and local partnerships to increase foot traffic and catering sales.
Responsibilities
- Catering growth strategy: Increase catering sales by identifying and connecting with local potential customers including businesses, schools, sports teams, and medical centers.
- Local event and campaign execution: Plan and implement area-specific promotions and localized marketing programs to drive repeat guest visits.
- Partnership management: Establish and manage partnerships with local businesses, schools, sports teams, and other partners to boost brand awareness.
- Community engagement: Identify and participate in relevant community events to promote Qdoba.
- Reputation management: Represent the brand online by proactively engaging with guest feedback, resolving concerns, and fostering positive sentiment.
- Digital presence and SEO: Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all locations to support strong local search rankings.
- Performance tracking: Monitor key performance indicators and present performance summaries to ownership.
- Budget oversight: Manage the local marketing budget and allocate resources to the highest-performing channels.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; age requirements may apply to comply with state and federal laws.
- Experience: 2+ years in multi-unit marketing and/or digital marketing
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently across multiple locations
- Proficiency in Google Business Profiles, Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools, and related platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies
- Familiarity with the Kansas City demographic landscape
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between restaurant locations as needed

Compensation
Pay range: $22.00-$30.00 per hour, dependent on experience, plus a performance-based bonus program
