Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Job Description
Oliveda International Inc. is expanding its marketing team with a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will own the email and SMS lifecycle strategy, guiding customers from first interaction through retention and advocacy. This on-site role in Culver City partners with brand, creative, and revenue teams to cultivate a loyal community around waterless beauty and olive-tree actives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end email and SMS lifecycle strategy, from acquisition to retention and winback.
- Plan and execute campaigns around product launches, education on olive-tree actives, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Develop and optimize automated journeys including welcome, quiz results, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, winback, and loyalty/VIP paths.
- Build segmentation tactics based on behavior, skin concerns, purchase history, and quiz data to deliver relevant, personalized messaging.
- Implement and refine SMS campaigns and flows that complement email, covering alerts, launches, limited offers, and reminders while ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Campaign Manager to drive engagement and sales across customer touchpoints.
- Define testing roadmaps and execute A/B tests on subject lines, send times, creative, offers, and SMS copy, systematizing learnings.
- Monitor deliverability, list health, unsubscribe/spam complaint rates, and SMS opt-out rates; maintain list hygiene.
- Produce regular lifecycle KPI reports and present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.
- Partner with brand, creative, and social teams to maintain cohesive, on-brand messaging around waterless beauty, olive-tree actives, and impact projects.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing with a strong focus on email; ecommerce SMS experience is a plus.
- Proven track record designing and delivering lifecycle programs that drive revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Hands-on experience with Mailchimp and HubSpot, plus Klaviyo or Braze.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using platform analytics and Google Analytics to inform decisions and testing.
- Excellent copy sensibility with the ability to adapt tone to a premium, ingredient-focused, mission-driven beauty brand.
- Basic HTML for email edits and an eye for mobile-first design and UX.
- Solid understanding of email and SMS compliance and privacy (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA, GDPR) and consent best practices.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple programs and deadlines.

- Salary range: USD 90,000 - 130,000 per year
