Leasing and Marketing Specialist

The Coda on Crouse in Syracuse, NY is hiring a Leasing and Marketing Specialist for an onsite, sales-focused role combining leasing, branding, and marketing execution.

Responsibilities

• Own leasing for the apartment complex, including prospect management, tours, sales, and closing.
• Manage the sales cycle effectively for multiple prospects at one time.
• Assist with leasing performance reporting.
• Support the creation and ongoing updates for the marketing plan.
• Help ensure lease documentation compliance through reviews.
• Manage and support marketing channels including social media, online listings, influencers, and street teams.
• Develop and carry out community-building events to strengthen resident connection and community at the complex.
• Assist with office set up and day-to-day operations.
• Support apartment turnovers and make-readies.
• Develop localized training material for the Leasing Agent position.

Requirements

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales-focused personality with demonstrated ability to close.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated mindset (plus).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• 2 years of direct sales experience (required); 2–5 years leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Driver’s License (preferred).
