Junior Marketing & Event Coordinator

Hyperkin Inc. is hiring a Junior Marketing & Event Coordinator in Pomona, CA (onsite) to support marketing campaign execution and coordinate trade shows and company events. This role combines social media content, product launch assistance, and hands-on event coordination across internal teams.

Location and Schedule

Pomona, CA (onsite). This position supports occasional travel to assist with trade shows and events.

Compensation

USD 18–24 per hour.

Role Summary

The Junior Marketing & Event Coordinator helps plan and deliver marketing efforts, including coordinating events such as gaming conventions, trade shows, product demonstrations, and other company activities. The position also supports digital marketing through social media content management and campaign performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Coordinate product photography, videos, promotional materials, and other marketing assets.
• Assist with influencer partnerships, giveaways, and related digital marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and track relevant industry trends.
• Plan and coordinate trade shows, gaming conventions, product demonstrations, and company events.
• Manage event logistics, including booth preparation, promotional materials, product samples, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain event schedules, budgets, and deadlines.
• Assist with on-site event setup, operations, and breakdown.
• Coordinate post-event follow-ups and reporting.
• Travel occasionally to support trade shows and events.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.
• Maintain marketing calendars and project schedules.
• Assist with presentations, marketing materials, and administrative tasks.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve brand awareness and engagement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or event coordination.
• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
• Interest in gaming, consumer electronics, or technology is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and assist with event setup.
