Internal Marketing Specialist

Paradigm Press Group seeks a growth-focused Internal Marketing Specialist to drive measurable growth across our marketing ecosystem, including email, lifecycle campaigns, renewals, subscriptions, and engagement programs, in a hybrid role based in Cockeysville, MD.

Location: Hybrid in Cockeysville, MD 21030. Compensation: USD 60,000–70,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize multi-channel, performance-driven marketing plans to fuel growth across the ecosystem
• Lead day-to-day management of promotional email sends across publications and subscriber lists
• Plan and execute A/B tests; measure impact on engagement, conversions, and revenue
• Track and interpret metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue per send, and lifetime value
• Identify winning strategies and scale learnings to future campaigns
• Manage send calendars with smart pacing, segmentation, and targeted delivery
• Collaborate with editorial, production, analytics, and compliance to ensure accuracy and timely launches
• Handle automatic renewals and implement renewal initiatives
• Oversee annual maintenance and subscription fees
• Craft campaigns that scale across SMS, push notifications, web modals, and other channels
• Analyze daily performance to uncover bottlenecks, leaks, and upside opportunities
• Engineer solutions that improve conversions, retention, and customer lifetime value
• Partner with copywriters, designers, developers, and analysts to bring high-performing ideas to life
• Juggle multiple projects with speed, focus, and adaptability
• Stay ahead of growth marketing trends and apply them in real time

Requirements

• Experience in digital, growth, or performance marketing; subscription-based or financial publishing background is a plus but not required
• Proven success running multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and behavioral triggers
• Data-first mindset with proficiency in dashboards, metrics, and testing tools
• Clear communicator who can lead initiatives across teams without a rigid hierarchy
