Home Health Business Development Liaison

PurposeCare is hiring an onsite Home Health Business Development Liaison in the Greater Dayton area to drive Home Health growth through referrals and community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or surpass monthly referral and Start of Care (SOC) targets for the assigned territory
• Develop, maintain, and grow referral relationships with sources including ALFs, ILFs, IDD organizations, hospitals, and community-based agencies
• Assess client needs, verify benefits, and coordinate the end-to-end referral process
• Promote Purpose Home Health services to improve brand visibility and support client acquisition
• Produce and submit weekly reports covering outreach activity, opportunities, and outcomes
• Follow company policies, HIPAA, and state regulations
• Represent the agency professionally and compassionately in external interactions
• Support short-term and long-term strategic planning aligned to company growth goals
• Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home health, healthcare marketing, case management, or a related field
• Private Pay knowledge and strong familiarity with Medicaid Waivers (CIH, A&D, TBI) is highly preferred
• Proven ability to build referral sources and sustain productive partnerships
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Preferred: 3 years of Home Health Sales or Marketing

Location and Work Setup

• Dayton, OH (onsite)
• In defined territory in the Greater Dayton area
• On the road; travel within the assigned territory required
• Travel required: 75% (preferred)

Compensation

• Hiring range: $60,000 - $80,000
• Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
