Hospital Liaison – Admissions & Marketing (Skilled Nursing)

In this onsite Hospital Liaison role in Gambrills, MD, you will build referral relationships and coordinate admissions to support census growth for a skilled nursing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and healthcare referral partners
• Find and grow new referral opportunities across the healthcare community
• Review clinical charts and patient information to determine admission eligibility
• Partner with admissions and clinical teams to coordinate resident placements and smooth transitions
• Deliver presentations, attend meetings, and support outreach events with healthcare professionals and community groups
• Support facility marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts
• Maintain consistent communication with referral sources and facility leadership

Requirements

• Marketing experience required
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or healthcare
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance processes
• Strong skills in sales, communication, organization, and time management
• Ability to review clinical charts to determine admission eligibility
• Self-motivated approach with the ability to meet business development goals
• Admissions experience preferred
• Previous Hospital Liaison experience preferred

Salary

• USD 75,000 - 95,000 per year
