Job Description
The Generalist - Marketing role at United Regional Health Care System is based onsite in Wichita Falls, TX. This position offers the opportunity to shape brand presence within a healthcare network, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure messaging is strategic and consistent across channels. You will participate in cross-functional marketing initiatives, contribute to healthcare marketing strategy, and gain hands-on experience in content, design coordination, and media projects.
The role supports a collaborative culture that values clear communication, a proactive mindset, and a solutions-focused approach to marketing challenges. It is a hands-on position that blends writing, content development, and basic creative support to help advance branding and outreach across diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Create and refine marketing content for various formats, including collateral and web pages, and repurpose materials for multiple channels
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors or agencies to maintain aligned messaging and consistent branding across all marketing channels
- Assist in developing graphics and providing basic layout and design support for materials
- Contribute to photography and videography efforts for both internal and external audiences
- Support routine marketing operations, such as database management and keeping marketing materials up to date
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities with team members, other staff, and external partners
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and a sense of urgency
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities with minimal supervision

- Technologically proficient
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and other Office 365 tools
- Strong creative and professional writing capabilities
- Basic understanding of graphic design, photography, and videography; prior experience preferred
