Flexible Part-Time Marketing Coordinator

Halftone Wholesale LLC is hiring a flexible part-time marketing coordinator to support the Knox + Nell brand from a hybrid setup in Walburg, TX (78673). This role focuses on community and client communication through Facebook Group content, while also contributing to the weekly and monthly product photography process.

The position is designed to fit around real-world availability, starting at 10–15 hours per week with room to increase over time. Expect a mix of remote work and a small number of in-person visits to support staging and monthly collection prep.

What you’ll do

• Help create Facebook Group posts for Knox + Nell.
• Handle weekly scheduling for Facebook Group posts.
• Answer and send invoice requests shared in the Facebook Group.
• Respond to client questions about products within the Facebook Group.
• Assist with staging weekly and monthly product photography.

Schedule and work setup

• Hybrid role based in Walburg, TX (remote for most tasks).
• In-person 1–2 times per week, with the second visit limited to monthly collection prep.
• Light work may fall into non-traditional working hours.

What you bring

• Must be local to Central Texas and able to reach the warehouse in Walburg.
• Experience with social media and product staging for photography, or a strong drive to learn either skill.
• A deep interest and understanding of aesthetics, even if it differs from your personal taste.
• Comfort communicating with the warehouse team.
• Can work independently (the role is partly collaborative with one of the owners).
• Proficiency with Canva or comparable editing software such as Adobe.
