Job Description
Great Day Improvements: A Family of Brands is seeking a part-time Field Marketing Events professional to represent the company at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs. This on-site role in Madison, Wisconsin involves engaging prospects, generating interest, and scheduling in-home estimate appointments for the sales team, with an hourly range of $17 to $20 plus bonus and opportunities for advancement. A valid driver's license is required to perform this role.
Responsibilities
- Initiate conversations and engage prospects during home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs
- Uphold the company’s standards for professional appearance and attire
- Maintain a consistently positive and professional demeanor
- Stay current on product knowledge and active promotions
- Demonstrate reliability and steady availability
- Exhibit effective time management and punctuality
- Coordinate in-home estimate appointments for the sales team
- Assist with booth setup and breakdown
- Contribute to internal social media platforms and support company culture efforts
- Use mobile technology to perform data entry across multiple forms
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive
- Proactive and consistent engagement with prospects
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work independently
- Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours
- Ability to walk for 4 to 8 hours
- Willingness to travel 10%
