Responsibilities

• Engage attendees in a friendly, natural manner
• Ask thoughtful questions and listen to homeowners’ needs for windows and doors
• Invite interested homeowners to participate in giveaways and learn more
• Represent Renewal by Andersen products and services with confidence
• Coordinate free in-home consultations by scheduling with the Sales team
• Assist with setup and breakdown of event displays, including lifting up to 30 lbs

Requirements

• No prior experience required; comfort talking with people is essential
• Weekend availability is required
• Strong communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup
