Event Marketing Representative

Part-time on-site event marketing role in Saint George, UT focused on engaging attendees, generating leads, and setting appointments for Renewal by Andersen / Esler Companies.

Responsibilities

• Engage attendees in a friendly, natural manner to foster interest
• Ask thoughtful questions and listen to homeowners' window and door needs to tailor conversations
• Invite interested homeowners to participate in giveaways and learn more about offerings
• Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with confidence and share product information
• Schedule free in-home consultations with the Sales team
• Assist with event setup and teardown, including lifting up to 30 lbs

Requirements

• No prior experience required; comfort talking with people is essential
• Weekend availability is required
• Strong communication skills
• Positive, outgoing, and reliable mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup

Compensation

• Hourly pay range: USD 20.00 - 35.00 per hour
