Entry Level Marketing and Social Media Specialist (Graphic Design Experience Required)
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and drive sales.
- Plan and manage an annual marketing calendar with goals and campaigns.
- Design and execute monthly social media content and campaigns for platforms such as Instagram and Pinterest.
- Create and distribute email newsletters and other digital marketing materials.
- Write and edit marketing copy across web, email, print, and social channels.
- Track performance metrics including ad data, ROAS, and engagement trends; prepare reports.
- Plan promotional events, product launches, and brand collaborations.
- Maintain brand consistency while pursuing creative initiatives that move the brand forward.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay current on trends.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to align marketing with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong Photoshop skills.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and campaigns.
- Strong writing and copy editing abilities with a clear, consistent brand voice.
- Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and Google Ads.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker who can take direction while contributing new ideas.
