Cuisinart is seeking a senior leader to own the integrated paid media, social, and influencer program. This hybrid Stamford, Connecticut role combines brand-building with performance marketing to drive growth, ROI, and brand equity across paid and owned channels. The director will shape strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with agencies to deliver consumer-first programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead an integrated, full-funnel media strategy to acquire customers, drive engagement, and grow revenue
- Translate business objectives into actionable media plans that balance brand building and performance with a social-first focus
- Identify new growth opportunities across platforms, formats, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven targeting and personalization
- Oversee cross-channel strategy, activation, and optimization across paid digital, social, programmatic, search, and emerging media
- Ensure campaigns are powered by audience insights, real-time performance data, and rigorous testing frameworks
- Continuously improve media effectiveness to boost efficiency, conversions, and scale
- Lead a cohesive social and influencer strategy covering organic content, creator partnerships, and paid amplification
- Shape Cuisinart’s voice across platforms to build brand affinity, relevance, and community engagement
- Guide agencies and internal teams in developing breakthrough content that connects creatively and delivers results
- Build and lead a high-performing team of digital marketers with emphasis on media, social, and analytics
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Trade, eCommerce, and Retail Media to deliver integrated, consumer-first programs and promote knowledge sharing
- Manage and optimize a significant media budget, directing investments toward the highest-return opportunities
- Lead agency relationships to ensure best-in-class strategy, execution, and innovation
Requirements
- Proven ability to define and execute high-impact media and digital strategies that deliver measurable business results
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of linking marketing performance to business outcomes
- Deep expertise across paid media, social, influencer, and performance marketing ecosystems
- Experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, retail, and eCommerce
- Advanced proficiency in analytics, attribution, and performance optimization
- Experience leveraging data, insights, and AI-driven tools to inform decisions and improve outcomes
- Strong collaborator who can align diverse stakeholders and drive integrated execution
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Experienced people leader who builds high-performing teams and fosters a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

Environment and work setup
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. The role requires the ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer keyboard and monitor for extended periods. This position requires on-site presence in the Stamford, CT location Monday through Thursday with remote work on Fridays.
