Job Description
The Director of Marketing at Ark Smoke Shop & Lounge will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy to boost brand visibility, drive traffic to both physical locations and the online store, and strengthen revenue growth. The role oversees local and global SEO, e-commerce, branding, social media, community management, geofencing, content development, and event marketing. Compensation ranges from USD 15 - 25 per hourly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local and global search engine optimization initiatives to attract nearby customers to physical locations and expand the online footprint.
- Oversee e-commerce efforts to grow the digital footprint and increase online sales.
- Shape and refine the brand identity to maintain consistency and recognition across channels.
- Increase brand visibility through innovative campaigns and compelling storytelling.
- Direct and expand social media activities to drive traffic to the e-commerce site and brick-and-mortar locations.
- Utilize WhatsApp and Telegram to grow groups, communities, and channels.
- Plan and implement geofencing and geotargeting campaigns to engage local audiences.
- Supervise content development to resonate with the target audience and strengthen the brand voice.
- Plan and promote events and promotions that boost engagement and sales across in-store and online channels.
- Recruit, manage, and coordinate flyer distribution staff.
Requirements
- Proven marketing experience with a demonstrated history of brand growth.
- Strong skills in SEO, e-commerce, social media, and content marketing.
- Solid knowledge of geofencing and geotargeting tactics.
- Experience managing communities on WhatsApp and Telegram.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Creative mindset with the capacity to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
