Job Description
The Director of Marketing at Hangout Hospitality Group oversees marketing efforts across multiple brands from an onsite location in Gulf Shores, AL. This role guides strategy, campaigns, and budget decisions to drive business growth. The ideal candidate is hands-on and ROI-focused, with experience in CMS website management, CRM systems, and website design and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the marketing team to achieve strategic goals
- Develop and manage marketing strategies for multiple brands
- Plan, allocate, and monitor the marketing budget
- Track, report, and improve marketing ROI and campaign performance
- Administer company websites and CMS platforms
- Oversee CRM systems, lead tracking, and customer data strategy
- Guide website design, development, and optimization efforts
- Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and campaign execution
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Oversee advertising, social media, and digital marketing initiatives
- Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and partners
- Maintain a strong online and in-person brand reputation
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including leadership or management roles
- Proven ability to implement ROI-driven marketing strategies and produce reporting
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar
- Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking
- Experience with website design, development, and optimization
- Knowledge of digital advertising, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with solid project management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Creative thinker with careful attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
