Direct Marketing - Sales D2D

Earn commission in a fast-paced, growth-focused door-to-door sales role with Fiber Sales in Greensboro, NC (onsite). What you’ll do

• Visit residential neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners.
• Introduce telecommunications services and explain available offers.
• Identify customer needs and present relevant solutions.
• Build rapport, communicate confidently, and keep conversations moving forward.
• Answer questions and handle objections in a professional way.
• Help interested homeowners complete the sales process.
• Attend training sessions and apply feedback to strengthen results.
• Work toward individual sales goals while contributing to team success.

Compensation and schedule

• $250 commission per sale (paid commission based on the compensation structure).
• High earning potential: the potential to earn $1,000 or more per week based on sales performance (earnings are not guaranteed).
• Flexible schedule: no set hours, so you can organize your work around your goals.
• Pay range: $250.00 to $1,000.00 per day.
