Direct to Consumer Marketing Specialist

Advantage Home Care is hiring a Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Specialist in Kansas City, MO (onsite) to help grow new clients and caregivers through grassroots outreach, relationship-building, and consistent follow-up. What you’ll do

• Act as a local brand ambassador, promoting Advantage Home Care’s services in assigned communities.
• Lead door-to-door outreach and engage with families and potential clients, including interaction with BYOC (family-selected caregivers) where applicable.
• Conduct community presence activities such as health fairs and local events when approved, and share care options using provided marketing materials.
• Guide families toward enrollment by educating them on available care options and next steps.
• Track leads and activity in CRM or designated tools, and work toward KPIs related to calls, visits, referrals, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the intake and recruitment teams to support seamless hand-offs and client onboarding.
• Address misconceptions and overcome objections through personalized outreach, using regional knowledge to build trust.
• Help identify and resolve issues, dissatisfaction, or problems reported by clients or caregivers.
• Spend 75% of your time in forward-facing, growth-focused activities across the field.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

What you bring

• 1+ year of experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized with experience using CRM tools and managing follow-up preferred.
• Knowledge of local community dynamics and grassroots marketing tactics.
• High school or equivalent education.
