Job Description
This remote, full-time role supports the digital marketing efforts of New Jerusalem Worship Center, focusing on expanding online reach and delivering its message clearly.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of the organization’s digital marketing program across all online channels, including social platforms, the website, and email outreach.
- Produce and curate engaging content for social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and schedule posts to enhance community engagement.
- Oversee the organization’s website, ensuring content remains current, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
- Develop and run email marketing campaigns to inform the community about services, events, and outreach programmes.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive improvements and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with ministry leaders to create promotional materials and campaigns for church initiatives.
- Maintain awareness of current digital marketing trends and best practices to keep the strategy effective and innovative.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a digital marketing role or an equivalent position.
- A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media analytics.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and social media management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Creative and collaborative, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A genuine alignment with the vision and values of the organization is highly desirable.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Location: Las Vegas, NV (remote)
Hourly rate: USD 25 - 40 per hour
