We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Brownsburg, IN campus onsite. This role focuses on delivering meaningful digital content and marketing initiatives that connect CP members to the community, with daily content creation, app management, and cohesive brand presence across platforms.   • Five day work week with an extended Friday through Saturday sabbath for weekend-required roles, supporting time with family and balance outside of peak periods.

Responsibilities

  • Create, write, and schedule daily devotional and inspirational content, titled Daily Hope, across digital platforms to engage the CP community.
  • Partner with the Marketing Director to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns for services, events, and ministry initiatives, ensuring alignment with the church mission.
  • Oversee the CP YouTube channel, including uploading content, crafting titles and descriptions, managing playlists, and tracking performance analytics.
  • Develop and schedule content for the CP+ App, ensuring resources are timely, relevant, and engaging for members.
  • Manage day-to-day updates and content accuracy for the CP App to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Update the church website with current events, sermon content, announcements, and related materials.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and other departments to maintain a cohesive brand voice across platforms.
  • Pursue personal and professional growth through prayer, study, and participation in conferences and training opportunities.
  • Stay current with digital marketing, social media, and church communications trends; adapt strategies as needed.
  • Solicit input from team members and leadership to continually improve creative output.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management, preferably in a church, non‑profit, or community-focused setting.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, app platforms, social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, on‑brand content for diverse digital channels.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
  • Collaborative, team‑oriented, and effective across departmental lines.
  • Self-starter who brings ideas and initiative to the table.
  • Interest in learning and integrating AI tools to streamline content creation, scheduling, and campaigns.

Location and travel
