Digital Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports WilmerHale’s Digital Marketing team by coordinating core digital marketing activities across email, web, and social channels. This hybrid role in Washington, DC also contributes to analytics reporting, CRM administration, and ongoing digital best practices, while working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Role Summary
As a key member of the Digital Marketing team, you will help manage email marketing campaigns, maintain website content, support social media promotion, and assist with analytics and reporting. The position also includes CRM administration and collaboration with external vendors, along with help maintaining training resources and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Update website content regularly and support advanced web-related tasks.
- Participate as a member of the client alert and blog teams.
- Coordinate with the website vendor to log reported issues and enhancement requests, and monitor ticket status.
- Conduct website audits.
- Assist with preparing web and social media analytics reports.
- Support social media promotion across various firm platforms.
- Maintain Digital Marketing team user manuals, reference guides, and related documentation to ensure materials are current, user-friendly, and aligned with requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with content management, email marketing, and client relationship management systems, plus comfort learning new technology platforms.
- Strong organization and high attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate complex content development and approval processes.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a professional services role.
- Legal experience is a plus.
Experience and Education
- Education: BA/BS required.
- Experience: 1+ year as a digital marketing professional required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hiring range: $85,100 - 106,400 annually.
- Final compensation: based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
