Job Description

SierTeK Ltd is seeking a Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support branding, strategy, and multimedia initiatives onsite at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

Responsibilities

  • Provide digital marketing guidance to program teams, members, and stakeholders under the direction of the Government Representative.
  • Assist with professional marketing campaigns and mass communications activities.
  • Participate in communications and marketing initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
  • Lead and collaborate within teams of mass communications professionals.
  • Develop, design, and edit digital signage content.
  • Ensure all produced materials comply with AFRL/PA brand standards and related branding requirements.
  • Support the development of branding assets such as logos, coins, and marketing collateral.
  • Assist in inventorying and maintaining studio audiovisual and computer equipment.
  • Support ordering, coding, data entry, inventory tracking, storage, and disposal of audiovisual and computer equipment.
  • Draft continuity documents.
  • Attend or present at local eLearning symposiums.
  • Define capabilities for potential customers.
  • Collaborate with local colleges and multi-service partners.
  • Support special projects as directed by the Government Representative.
  • Maintain a non-disclosure agreement through the supporting company.
  • Ensure NDA documentation is provided to the Program Manager to protect confidential, proprietary, and sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, communications, or educational marketing.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams alongside graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals.
  • Experience with digital signage platforms, including understanding screen ratios, motion graphics, and optimal content duration.
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
