Job Description

30 Lines offers a fully remote role with real flexibility in how you structure your day, plus a benefits package built for long-term stability. You will own and manage a portfolio of multifamily client accounts end to end, acting as a coach and advocate with clear accountability for performance, retention, and account growth. You will use performance data to make proactive recommendations, oversee delivery across channels, and serve as the primary strategist and client contact.

What you’ll own

  • Own the relationship for an assigned book of client organizations and properties, serving as the primary contact for regional managers, marketing directors, and ownership.
  • Establish and document success criteria for every service at onboarding, then hold every conversation to those standards.
  • Run a consistent communication cadence: monthly reporting touch for every client, regular check-ins, and quarterly business reviews for portfolio accounts.
  • Be the first escalation point when issues break by coordinating the response, closing the loop with the client, and driving resolution.
  • Keep the CRM current with contacts, goals, meeting notes, and open items so any teammate can pick up the account cold.
  • Maintain an honest account health rating on every account and raise accounts trending down before they become renewal conversations.
  • Review performance on a set cadence and turn results into insight: what the client bought, how it performed, and what to recommend next.
  • Read performance across channels (website, paid search, SEO, lease nurturing, and email) as one connected funnel rather than separate reports.
  • Use benchmarks with context, including industry, the 30 Lines portfolio, and each property’s own history.
  • Connect marketing performance to leasing outcomes including leads, cost per lead, tours, leases, and occupancy.
  • Monitor the tracking, website, and campaign alert queue daily to catch problems before the client does.
  • Deliver reporting and insight on time, every month, for every account in your book.
  • Use an AI-assisted toolkit by default and flag manual steps that should be automated instead of documented.
  • Own the monthly advertising budget cycle for your book, confirming recommendations, hitting cutoffs, and verifying live activity matches contracted plans.
  • Flag pacing and performance issues early and coordinate fixes with the PPC and SEO product teams.
  • Verify what was sold matches what is delivered and that delivery aligns with billing.
  • Uphold Fair Housing and FTC pricing standards in client-facing copy and advertising you approve.
  • Protect client data across analytics access, ad accounts, CRM records, and reporting; keep credentials and client data out of tickets, documents, and chat using the approved secret handling path.
  • Support SOC 2 evidence and control requirements for client-facing processes and complete assigned compliance tasks on time, while raising security and privacy risks early.
  • Partner with Onboarding and project management during new client and new property launches, checking in weekly until work is live.
  • Translate client requests into clearly scoped work for production teams to protect both the client experience and team capacity.
  • Bring client insight, market intelligence, and recurring friction back to Product, Sales, and Leadership.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within your book, including new properties, additional services, and new regions.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations on proposals, renewals, and pricing conversations.
  • Earn referrals by being the reason a client recommends 30 Lines to peers.
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support company growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in account management, client success, or digital marketing with direct client ownership.
  • Experience managing multi-account or multi-location portfolios, not single-account work.
  • Working fluency across websites, paid search, SEO, and email, explained without jargon.
  • Comfort with data, including spotting anomalies and turning them into recommendations.
  • Client-ready writing that is short, clear, and specific.
  • Bias for action, including making the call with incomplete information and owning the outcome.

Technologies you’ll work with

  • Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
  • RentPress, Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, AppFolio, RentCafe

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including an HSA-eligible high-deductible option
  • Employer-paid life, AD&D, and short-term disability
  • 401(k) with company match (eligible after three months)
  • No-cost telehealth and care advocacy for you and your family
  • Employee assistance program and Headspace for mental health support
  • Paid time off, company holidays, and paid sick time
  • Parental, family, bereavement, and military leave
  • Fully remote role with flexibility in how you structure your day

First 90-day priorities

  • Know the book: Meet every client in the assigned book, document goals and success criteria for each service, confirm contacts and meeting cadence in the CRM, and set an honest health rating on every account.
  • Get comfortable where others left off: Reintroduce 30 Lines to clients who need consistent point-of-contact coverage.
  • Get fluent in the stack: Reach working command of the 30 Lines toolkit, Google Ads and GA4, the alert and monitoring queue, and the monthly budget cycle.
  • Deliver reporting independently: Complete a full monthly reporting round on time.
  • Bring the first recommendations: Provide a documented point of view for every account, including what is working, what is not, and what comes next.
  • Surface expansion and improvement: Identify at least one expansion opportunity per client organization and one process gap worth fixing for the team.

Nice to have

  • Multifamily, property management, or real estate marketing experience
  • Digital marketing agency experience
  • Hands-on with Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, and Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, AppFolio, and RentCafe
  • Fair Housing advertising knowledge
  • Demonstrated use of AI tooling to change how you work

Location: Remote (remote). Compensation: USD 50,000 - 80,000 per yearly.
