Job Description

Oldham Goodwin offers a hands-on opportunity to shape marketing for Greens Prairie Reserve and The Grove, with on-site work in Bryan, TX. This Development Marketing Coordinator role partners with the Development division to translate project objectives into cohesive marketing plans across campaigns, events, and organic social channels. You will steward multiple brand identities, help drive lead generation, and contribute content creation through site visits and activations. It is a collaborative position that blends creative execution with data-driven decision making, with regular opportunities to travel to Greens Prairie Reserve for photo and video content to support organic social efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of print and digital marketing collateral that aligns with brand standards while preserving distinct identities for each active development.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google (Search & Display) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Analyze campaign performance and user behavior data (conversions, engagement, traffic) to evaluate impact and deliver actionable recommendations; prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics GA4, and digital platforms, and translate data insights into clear communications for stakeholders.
  • Oversee project websites, landing pages, and lead capture funnels with a focus on user experience and conversion performance.
  • Develop, manage, and track project-level marketing budgets in alignment with goals and resource efficiency.
  • Produce print and digital collateral for community events (realtor tours, Parade of Homes, on-site activations); support lead generation and participate in events to promote, execute, and engage.
  • Attend Development division meetings with marketing updates, performance analytics, and organized agendas; document key takeaways and action items.
  • Travel regularly to Greens Prairie Reserve to capture photo and video content for use across organic social channels.
  • Develop and execute organic social media content strategies for Facebook and Instagram, including posts, reels, stories, and short-form video that align with project goals and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment across marketing initiatives and project milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably in real estate, development, or a related sector.
  • Strong graphic design proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva; a portfolio is not required but highly preferred.
  • Experience managing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Working knowledge of website management, landing page development, and lead generation strategies; familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, timelines, and brand standards.
  • Professional demeanor, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices, trends, and platform-specific strategies, with hands-on experience creating and managing content for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Experience planning, filming, editing, and publishing social content, including reels and short-form videos, using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
