Customer Service Associate – Catering & Marketing Growth Opportunity

Clean Eatz in Omaha, NE is hiring a front-of-house Customer Service Associate to support guests while you handle cashier and café duties onsite. The role begins with core customer service and POS work, and for the right candidate it can expand into catering coordination, marketing, and community outreach with increased pay based on performance.

You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them navigate the café menu, weekly meal plans, and Grab ’N Go options. When you are not assisting customers, you will support daily operations by preparing items, restocking products, and keeping the dining and counter areas clean and organized.

What you’ll do

• Welcome guests and guide them through the café menu, weekly meal plans, and Grab ’N Go meals
• Take orders, process POS transactions, and handle cash accurately
• Answer customer questions in person and by phone
• Prepare smoothies and assist with café, online, and takeout orders
• Restock coolers and retail displays while keeping products organized and inviting
• Maintain a clean, stocked front counter and dining area
• Support teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly

• Pay: USD 15.00 to 17.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 20.0 to 40.0 per week
• Café hours: Monday–Friday 11 AM–7 PM; Saturday–Sunday 11 AM–3 PM
• Work location: In person
