Sales and Marketing Associate

ECAN RMS USA CO LTD is seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate to support customer growth and day-to-day marketing operations in Honolulu, HI. This onsite role combines new inquiry handling, customer-to-production coordination, and marketing support that includes website and social media upkeep.

Role overview

The Sales and Marketing Associate will manage incoming customer inquiries, act as the connection between customers and the production department, and help keep key business information organized through collaboration with accounting. You will also work with outsource vendors to support the company’s website and social channels, while assisting with VIP relationships and event coverage as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Handle new customer inquiries
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the production department
• Work with accounting to maintain the company pricing database
• Coordinate with outsource vendors to maintain the company website, Instagram, and Facebook sites
• Assist the CEO with VIP customers, special events, and trade show events

What you bring

• At least 1 year of clerical and customer service experience OR 1 year of sales and marketing experience
• At least 1 year of Microsoft Office experience
• At least 1 year of off-site sales calls experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of social media marketing, website management, e-commerce, and online marketing tools
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Openness to cross-training across duties
• Positive attitude

• Salary: USD 47,840 - 52,000 per year
• Minimum experience: 1 year
