Job Description

Experience by Industrious offers a platform to elevate workplace engagement across a national portfolio, delivering events, marketing systems, and creative standards that enhance tenant and ownership value. This onsite Creative & Marketing Manager role in New York, NY sits within the Experience by Industrious unit operated in partnership with CBRE. The base salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year and is eligible for an annual bonus. You will shape visual and verbal brand expressions, build scalable marketing tools, and drive cohesive experiences across properties.

Responsibilities

  • Own how Experience by Industrious appears across the Community program, including events, marketing content, and communications.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Community & Marketing to translate strategy into clear standards, usable tools, and high quality outputs for a national portfolio.
  • Design templates or refine messaging as part of set projects.
  • Shape event concepts, source creative partners, and help teams elevate activations.
  • Balance creative work with execution to ensure outputs feel cohesive, intentional, and aligned with the delivered experience.
  • Operate as both creator and facilitator, establishing standards, supporting teams, and ensuring work stands up to review.
  • Define how Experience by Industrious shows up visually and verbally across tenant and client touchpoints.
  • Maintain practical tone, voice, and design standards that teams can apply daily.
  • Develop and refine templates, examples, and reference materials so on brand becomes the default.
  • Review outputs for select properties to improve clarity, consistency, and taste.
  • Provide direct, actionable feedback to enhance quality and consistency of copy, design, and event styling.
  • Ensure every deliverable feels considered, cohesive, and reflective of the experience being delivered.
  • Continuously raise the bar on creative quality and consistency across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with leadership to evolve brand expression and ensure updates are rolled out effectively.
  • Maintain and uplift creative and experiential standards across the portfolio.
  • Develop event concepts, frameworks, and execution roadmaps that populate an event catalog for deployment across properties.
  • Define what great looks like by establishing creative standards for events and ensuring consistent application across markets.
  • Support local teams in executing elevated, on brand events with vendor sourcing, creative direction, and event flow guidance.
  • Source materials that elevate look and feel and cultivate a network of best in class partners.
  • Generate trend reports and inspiration decks to keep programming culturally relevant and differentiated.
  • Build and maintain marketing templates and brand toolkits for newsletters, signage, social, and collateral.
  • Develop marketing materials across digital, physical, and experiential channels.
  • Support the creation of presentations, B2B materials, and client facing decks; coordinate production and distribution with internal and external partners.
  • Ensure all materials are accurate, on brand, and produced to a high standard of quality.
  • Write and edit copy for emails, newsletters, signage, and seasonal campaigns; produce and edit visual content for social and marketing use.
  • Apply an editorial lens focused on clarity, tone, and quality; translate brand voice into practical, usable content for local teams.
  • Refine messaging to resonate with both tenants and ownership audiences.
  • Source and manage relationships with local and national partners across retail, wellness, food and beverage, and cultural categories.
  • Maintain a pipeline of high quality vendors and collaborators; support partnership execution across events and activations.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen programming through thoughtful partnerships and sponsorships.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, events, brand, or experience driven roles.
  • Experience designing marketing materials and content across multiple channels including digital, physical, and experiential.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a clear stance on tone and voice.
  • Experience creating or working within brand standards and guidelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organization and follow through.
  • Experience supporting or executing events, activations, or brand programs.
  • Strong eye for design and attention to detail; familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools is preferred.
  • Experience working with external vendors and partners.
  • Comfort operating in a fast paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to give clear, actionable feedback.
  • Interest in hospitality, real estate, and experience design.

Compensation

The base salary for this role is $90,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and role alignment. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.
