Creative Marketing Coordinator

Vienna & Co. is hiring a Creative Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing and creative needs for both clients and the agency. This is a hands-on, fast-moving hybrid role in New York, NY, where you’ll help keep content, campaigns, creator collaborations, and creative assets organized and moving forward.

The work spans social media and digital marketing operations, influencer and UGC coordination, and support for content and photoshoots, with opportunities to contribute ideas across marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish social media content across client accounts
• Organize content calendars and manage client assets
• Set up and manage basic ManyChat automations
• Assist with email marketing campaigns
• Upload and publish blog content
• Make basic website updates
• Support monthly reporting and ongoing marketing tasks
• Research creators for client campaigns
• Conduct influencer and creator outreach
• Coordinate product shipments
• Track campaign deliverables and deadlines
• Follow up with creators as needed and keep collaborations organized from outreach through completion
• Source models, props, locations, and other shoot needs
• Assist with shoot logistics and help on photoshoot and content creation days
• Capture behind-the-scenes content
• Help organize photos and videos after shoots
• Research trends, competitors, and content inspiration
• Assist with presentations, mood boards, reports, and creative decks
• Help create content for Vienna & Co. and support networking events, partnerships, and agency projects
• Jump into miscellaneous marketing and creative projects as needed
