Corporate Marketing Director

The Corporate Marketing Director role is responsible for building and leading the marketing function for a 15+ location automotive group in Austin, Texas. The position focuses on full-funnel growth while developing culturally relevant Hispanic-market messaging and partnering closely across functions to support profitability and long-term reinvestment.

Role Overview

You will design and direct corporate marketing strategy and execution across paid media, organic content, community engagement, and OEM programs. The role includes establishing performance reporting cadence and translating results into actionable guidance for executive leadership, while ensuring manufacturer co-op reimbursement is maximized through compliant execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy spanning paid media, organic content, community engagement, and OEM programs.
• Build and lead the organic content strategy, including social, video, and local storytelling tailored to Hispanic audiences.
• Set execution standards to support consistent performance across multiple rooftops and brands.
• Lead a community outreach team to develop authentic partnerships, increase visibility, and strengthen brand trust.
• Own monthly marketing performance reporting and convert data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Maximize manufacturer advertising reimbursement and co-op programs by ensuring compliance and capturing available funds.
• Partner with operations, finance, and store leadership to align marketing investment with profitability and growth.
