Construction Marketing Rep

Home Genius Exteriors West is hiring a Construction Marketing Rep to support growth in the Irwin, PA area through direct, in-field customer engagement. This onsite role centers on building relationships with prospective homeowners, presenting the company’s products and services in person, and moving conversations forward by scheduling inspections. Weekly training is provided to help you strengthen your skills as you learn the process.

Role overview

Location and schedule

• Location: Irwin, PA (onsite)
• Schedule: weekdays (11–7) plus 4 weekend days per month

Compensation

• Salary range: USD 65,000 to 135,000 per year
• Structure: Hourly Base + Bonuses
• Earning potential: $65K–$135K+ annual, with no cap
• Position type: not a commissions position
