Retail Marketing Representative

Renewal by Andersen - The Birner Group is urgently hiring full-time Retail Marketing Representatives in Mechanicsburg, PA for an onsite, in-person role. You will represent the Renewal by Andersen brand at community events and retail locations, engaging with homeowners, generating leads, and helping schedule free in-home consultations with the sales team.

This frontline position combines customer interaction with practical event work. You can expect paid training, weekly pay, base hourly earnings of $20 to $30 per hour, and bonus opportunities with no cap.

What you’ll do

• Approach and talk with attendees in a friendly, natural way.
• Ask thoughtful questions and listen to homeowners’ window and door needs.
• Invite interested homeowners to enter giveaways and learn more.
• Represent and share information about Renewal by Andersen products and services.
• Schedule free in-home consultations with the Sales team.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down event displays, including lifting up to 30 lbs.

Compensation and pay

• $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
