Field Marketing Representative

Redo Cabinets is hiring a Field Marketing Representative to promote cabinet refacing and kitchen remodeling solutions with homeowners in New Berlin, WI.

Responsibilities

• Educate homeowners on cabinet refacing and kitchen remodeling solutions
• Set up qualified in-home design consultations for the Sales Team
• Represent the Redo Cabinets brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
• Support team goals while helping homeowners take the first step toward their dream kitchen

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality with confidence speaking to new people
• Goal-driven mindset with motivation to earn performance bonuses
• Reliable and self-driven, comfortable working independently outdoors
• Sales, customer service, canvassing, or retail experience is helpful but not required
• Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as scheduled

Schedule & Work Setting

• Full-time role
• Primarily afternoon and evening shifts
• Outdoor, neighborhood-based position
• Weekend availability may be required

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base pay: $20–$25/hour plus uncapped bonuses
