Job Description

A full-time Brand Marketing Specialist role based onsite in Roswell, GA, to advance the Paul Mitchell Schools brand and support admissions, service, and retail outcomes through strategic campaigns and practical execution. The position involves designing and executing campaigns, applying AI-driven approaches, and collaborating with campus leadership, admissions teams, and an external digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute campaigns to strengthen brand equity and attract prospective students.
  • Utilize AI-driven strategies and digital tools to manage campaigns across social media, email, paid media, and community outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure initiatives align with brand standards.
  • Monitor analytics, optimize campaigns, and report findings to leadership.
  • Manage content calendars and coordinate publishing across channels.
  • Update website content to reflect current campaigns and school messaging.
  • Support recruitment events and campus outreach activities.
  • Maintain consistent brand presentation across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of marketing experience combining strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Proficiency in social media management, content marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram), analytics (Google Analytics, social insights), and multiple AI platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and lead-nurturing workflows.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative campaign development abilities.
  • Data-driven decision making with the ability to measure ROI and present findings.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, project management, and vendor coordination capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a polished, professional presence.

Compensation and Schedule

Base salary: USD 60,000–65,000 per year, negotiable based on experience, plus an annual performance bonus linked to both company and individual performance.
